Irene Morales: CEO Irene Morales is a Cuban born American with two bachelor’s degrees in Criminal Justice and Psychology from the Florida International University. She was a Senior Analyst with Rafael Marrero & Company and a former Federal Law Enforcement Officer, Programmer & Paralegal. During her time with our company, she successfully completed over 100 certifications and SAM registrations for our clients. With her experience as a federal officer and her tenure with Rafael Marrero & Company, she is now eager to help small businesses succeed through her own company, Government Procurement Solutions.

Robert Hudson: COO Robert Hudson is a native North Carolinian with a bachelor’s in Criminal Justice from Wesleyan University. He is also a current Law Enforcement Officer with the Wake County Sheriff’s office. His family owns various successful construction companies such as American Builder’s Inc. and he has vast experience in the contracting industry specializing primarily in construction. With his experience as a law enforcement officer and working at the family company, he is eager to help other small family businesses succeed as his own has.
